The company is comprised of nine sales agents; one associate specializing in research and analysis; and three marketing and executive support personnel. All salespeople are solely dedicated to the marketing of retail properties and representing retailers and restaurants. The company foundation is built on the “team approach.” We freely share information under our combined 11,000-member database in the ACT! contact-management program and have regular strategy meetings to help each other solve problems, assess market activity, and share opportunities.
